Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PetHaul. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (after processing)
  • Total Estimated Time: 8–18 business days from order date

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our "Track Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PetHaul is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at pethaulofficial@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
